The Stock Yard & Meat Processing Plant

Just East of the Roundhouse & Power Plant is the PV&WRR's Stock Yard & Meat Processing Plant. Several trains each day bring in empty Ice Reefer Cars & Stock Cars loaded with cattle & hogs. They leave with Ice Reefers full of meat products for the region.
